Chief complaints -  - Fever since 4 days (relieved on medication) - Anuria since yesterday - Vomitings 4 episodes, non projectile. History of present illness -  Patient was apparently asymptomatic 4 days back when he developed fever which is low grade, that is associated with chills, rigors.
